Standard Delivery Time:
We strive to ship all orders within two business days of order receipt. If that is not possible with your order, you will be notified promptly via email or phone. For shipments within the U.S., you should receive your order in 7 business days or less, depending on your distance from Madison, Wisconsin. For international shipments, delivery times can vary greatly, so email us if you have questions about delivery time for your specific country.
If you need to receive your order faster than indicated above, please contact us to place your order via telephone instead of ordering online.

Standard Shipping/Handling Cost - United States:
- $4.95 for orders $100 or less, or

For shipments outside the U.S., shipping & handling is as indicated below. During checkout you must check the box indicating international shipping in order for the rate to be calculated correctly, and to avoid delays in processing your order.

Orders shipped within Wisconsin will have 5.5% state sales tax added automatically during checkout.

If you are a trained therapist, you can call us at 608-278-9330 to order these or request an order form (you'll have to provide your course completion number). If you're not a trained therapist (parent or caregiver for example), you must work with a trained therapist in order to obtain our modified Therapeutic Listening CDs. Therapeutic Listening® & Workshop Information
Therapeutic Listening® is a highly individualized method of auditory intervention utilizing electronically altered compact discs in protocols specifically tailored by sensory integrative professionals to match client need. Our sister company, Vital Links, develops and presents workshops to train therapists in Therapeutic Listening, as well as Core Development and Vestibular Habilitation.
The modified CDs for Therapeutic Listening are currently NOT available for online purchase, but the headphones and accessories can be purchased online.

Returns and Exchanges
You must call us to arrange for any returns or exchanges (please have your invoice available). Any refunds will be paid in the same manner payment was received.
CD Return/Exchange Policy:
CDs can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase date, as long as the CD has not been opened and the seal has not been broken. If a CD is defective, we will replace it within the first 30 days with the identical title only.
Headphones & Accessories Return/Exchange Policy:
Headphones or accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase date, as long as they are new, unused, and complete with all original packaging. If headphones or accessories are used, but defective in workmanship or materials during the first 30 days, we will exchange for the identical item. The one exception to this rule is that we provide 90-day replacement protection (instead of 30) for the Pro-Luxe PRO-50 Headphones. The Sennheiser HD500A headphones come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty. If you have any problems with HD500A headphones during the first 30 days contact us. After that you must contact Sennheiser directly (click HERE for Sennheiser warranty information).
Books Return/Exchange Policy:
Books cannot be returned for a refund, but can be exchanged for the identical title within 30 days of purchase if they are defective in materials or workmanship.

Security & Safe Shopping Information
Our online shopping system is fully protected by the highest security standards available for ecommerce sites. We do not share your credit card or purchase information with any other parties other than our credit card merchant services company in order to complete your transaction.

The encryption features of browser software are exceptionally powerful and ensure the security of this data as it is transmitted to our server.
How can you tell if your transaction is being processed in a secure and encrypted fashion? First, once you click on a "secure checkout" or similar button to begin entering personal information securely, the URL address on subsequent screens should be displayed beginning with "https://" instead of the standard "http://". The "s" stands for "secure." Also, most browsers display a security symbol at the bottom of the browser window when the browser is in secure mode. For example, in Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, the two most commonly used browsers, you should see a padlock symbol in the lower right corner when on a secure checkout page.
Secure ecommerce sites should also display their SSL seal of authenticity (such as ours shown below), somewhere on the site so it can be clicked on and checked for validity by site visitors.
